Tea Tasting and Tea Cake Making Workshop   

Vitiligo is not only a change in skin pigmentation but also affects patients' emotions, social interactions, and quality of life to varying degrees. This workshop, organized by the Confession Club and the Hong Kong Medical and Nursing Alliance, in collaboration with Ming Xiang Tea House—a time-honored tea shop rooted in Kowloon City for over half a century—invites vitiligo patients to pause amidst the gentle aroma of tea, calm their minds and bodies, and savor the tranquility and freedom found in the tea ceremony  

The event will be led by a tea master, allowing participants to learn traditional charcoal-fired tea roasting techniques  , explore Chinese tea culture and tea tasting skills  , and sample classic charcoal-roasted teas  . There will also be a hands-on tea cake making experience  , enabling participants to create their own personalized tea cakes, experiencing the beauty of slow living through tea aroma and craftsmanship, and continuing self-care and stress relief   

The event also encourages participants to exchange experiences and support each other in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere  . May a cup of clear tea bring you a moment of peace and become the beginning of connection, companionship, and healing   

Each participant who attends the entire session will receive a pack of tea leaves and take home their handmade personalized tea cake

  Time: Choose one of three time slots (20 spots per session)
  Session 1: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  Session 2: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  Session 3: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  Location: Ming Xiang Tea House - G/F, 79 Hau Wong Road, Kowloon City (5-minute walk from Exit B3, Sung Wong Toi Station)
  Limited spots, free of charge! If there are many applicants, attendance will be determined by lottery  . Successful participants will be notified via SMS two days or earlier before the event
